Price is dependent on how many nights you rent for 5 or 7. 5 nights is €150. 7 nights €650 month. Located just outside the village of Moycullen, 10km from NUIG. Most suited to someone with own car, 20 minute journey time on bus, although there is a bus service available the bus stop is a 5min walk. Owner occupied with family of 5. Own living room and tv if desired. Deposit is returned at the end of the agreed academic year but may be withheld if length of stay is reduced or damage to the room.
