Eyre Square, the centre of Galway, is approx 12 min drive, 30 bus ride or 20 minutes cycle from the house. House is within walking distance to local shops (incl. Tesco), local community centre, Barna Woods woodlands walk & Silverstand beach. Salthill and all amenities is a 15 min cycle. This owner occupied 4 bed family home located off the Cappagh Road in Knocknacarra. House is located in a nice area/ quiet & mature housing estate. Looking for someone who is tidy, quiet and would like a comfortable family home. As this is a family home unfortunately no visitors. There is a nice private back garden with seating. Access to kitchen with dining table. Room available on a 5 night a week basis, meals not included. Occasional weekends can be agreed in advance. No charge for Halloween x1 week, Christmas x2 weeks, easter x2 weeks. Weekly rent due for all other weeks up to end of academic year.
