Rent 2 bedroom house in Claregalway

Cottage, 2 bedrooms available Jan 30/1/25 Thursday. I apologise regarding this matter, awaiting new clothes drier and new kitchen oven. Have enclosed clothes line in shed & cottage has radiators, but new clothes dryer & oven  arriving as it is essential.  Bed, locker desk, chair & wardrobe lamp main light and mirror in each bedroom have own keys each. Looking for 2 mature male students from Indian  background. Must purchase & cook own food & use washing machine & tumble drier and iron available at cottage with owner occupancy. 400 euros each per calendar month excluding electric bill ( electric bill is every 2 months and divided by three of us)  & heating oil  bills ( every 5-6 weeks I will show you each how to check oil tank, it's 170 euros each every 5-6 weeks, I will pay aswell towards heating oil. 400 euros each deposit. Must be honest tidy clean for studying & relaxation purposes only. Cottage heated with heating oil and costs 170 euros every 6 weeks. Electric bill will be divided by two students and owner of cottage. Use of students own private garden and use of private  enclosed shed for projects for students to avail of, it's set within a  quiet setting.  20 mins drive to city Center regular bus service ( every 30 mins from cottage to city and return). Owner has own car and can offer free lifts Tues Wed & Thurs at 7:30am leaving cottage to city Center for tenants. Owner of cottage will keep to herself and students avail of full use of cottage and their own private garden, good internet, owner can send e
