The study has double doors leading into the private courtyard. The games room includes a full size pool table and TV facilities.

Thomastown is 5 miles but has supermarkets, shop, Restaurant, Launderette and railway station. One also has new ross which is 10 miles and not to forget Kilkenny City which is only 15 miles. Inistioge has some beautiful walks and also has Woodstock gardens.
