Beautiful 40+ sqm room in our house Salthill/Knocknacarra. It is an attic conversion with views over Rusheen Bay. The room has two single beds, two study spaces (with Wifi) and a large lounge area. You will also have access to a nice shared family bathroom with shower, bath, sink and toilet as well as the family kitchen/dining room for basic meal prep. Our house is a 15 minute walk from the sea at Blackrock diving tower. The area is well serviced by public transport to UoG and city centre (buses [HIDDEN] and 424). It is also a 15 min cycle to UoG/city centre. The room would be ideal for two friends sharing. €130 per week, per person including all bills (€560 month per person). We are a family of five. Two adults (50s) and three daughters (20, 15 and 9). The 20 year old lives in Dublin and visits mostly during the weekend and college holidays. Please note we have a dog, two cats and a Guineapig in the house.
