Bus Eireann and Burkes bus. 30 minute walk to busstop in village/15 minute cycle to busstop in the village. Car would be an advantage. 15 minute drive to ATU. 25 minute drive to NUIG. Bedroom is downstairs away from family accommodation.  May have use of own spacious sitting room with TV. Own entrance .  Utility beside, is equipped with own fridge and freezer and presses for food storage.. Airfryer kettle etc. Secure parking with electric gates.
