1 room house of 10m² in Galway

This is a 3 bedroomed house, very cosy and clean. the bedroom has a good veiw of the green, very bright , double bed and lots of storage space plus shelving. The bathroom is large with an electric shower and lots of light. Back kitchen is big with all modern equipment like dishwasher, microwave and all pots, cutlery, cups, plates , cooking utencils etc. Lots of cupboard space for storage of food etc. The living room is small but comfy with an open fire. I spend alot of time away so the place would be yours for alot of the time as work for myself. I do have two cats who are in the house but will be outside much more now that weathger is better and thgey are really cute, they do not go into the bedrooms or upstairs and are real house trained. theirs fast WiFi and tv. Large back garden and front garden also. Bus two minutes walk away which goes by NUIG and 15 minutes to NUIG walking distance. Please
