Two large comfortable bedrooms available for 5 day rental. Rooms equipped with study area. Seperate TV/living area can be made available to tenants.  Cost €150 per week on a self catering basis. Utilities included.  Deposit of €600 required in order to secure room. Weekly Rent to be paid in advance.  Athenry is 2km where there is a regular train service and private bus service to/from Galway Meals can be arranged at additional cost.  Duration of tenancy -Academic Year.
