Rent a room in Galway

This is a (not new) 3 bed semi-detached home in a quiet cul-de-sac near ATU. The room to rent is small and simple but comfortable. The mattress is in good condition. It has a bedside table, a bamboo blind and curtains, a desk, shelves for clothes and belongings and a hanging rail. The bathroom is simple with a shower, a sink and a WC. The kitchen has all modern conveniences including an oven, a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher, a washing machine and everything you need to cook. You will also have your own shelf in the cupboard and fridge. The sitting room is nice with a view of the garden, but there is no TV and no sofa. There is also on-street parking if you wish to park a vehicle.
