Looking for nice students to stay with me from Sunday night to Friday lunchtime. Ideal for anyone looking for a base through the week. Situated in Salthill. 2 Bedrooms located on the 2nd floor of the house with their own (shared) bathroom. One large room with double bed (€560 pcm.) and one smaller room with single bed (€520 pcm.). Both rooms have own desk for studying. Light breakfast and dinner(mon-thurs) provided. Our home is modern and bright. Unlimited WiFi and all bills included. We are on a bus route to the city centre and are 30 mins walk to NUIG. Ideally students will have a bike and they can cycle to college in 10 mins.
