You can see the details here: Room 1: Room 2: Bathroom: Kitchen & Sitting room: Entrance: Free car parking spaces are available in the estate.    Here are the terms and conditions valid for 2024 (subject to review in 2025):   Room 1: ALL INCLUSIVE!!! The weekly fee is 235 euro for a single room (*) in 2024, up to 255 euro in 2025 Room 2: ALL INCLUSIVE!!! The weekly fee is 235 euro for individual room (*) or 350 euro for the double occupancy (2 sharing) in 2024, up to 255 euro in 2025 Rent is charged every 2 weeks A minimum stay is 4 weeks, and the maximum stay is 6 months (or a longer fixed term for academic students) The minimum check-out notice is 4 weeks The standard booking fee is 250 euro per person (**)  REDUCED TO 50 euro if you book by the middle of October A security deposit of €500 per person is required Check-in is permitted if payment of the security deposit is completed by the move-in date.    (*) All the bills are included in the weekly rate. However, the energy costs are monitored every month. Any unreasonable excess of electricity usage will be spread among the occupants and added to the rental.  (**) The booking fee is paid every six months of stay in case of a renewal agreement. This fee includes administration, assistance and maintenance costs, and your RTB registration.    Our general T&Cs can be found here:
