You can find more details here:    Room 2 (double):   Bathroom: Kitchen: Living room:   Here are the terms and conditions valid for 2024 (subject to review in 2025):    ALL INCLUSIVE!!! The weekly fee is 235 euro for the individual use (*) Rent is charged every 2 weeks A minimum stay is 4 weeks, and the maximum stay is 6 months (or a longer fixed term for academic students) The minimum check-out notice is 4 weeks  The standard booking fee is 250 euro per person (**)  REDUCED TO 100 euro if you book by the end of October A security deposit of €500 per person is required  Check-in is permitted if payment of the security deposit is completed by the move-in date.  (*) All the bills are included in the weekly rate. However, the energy costs are monitored every month.
