This is a strictly no smoking no party house and so we are looking for a quiet, respectful,responsible person to rent the property and expect the same in return. No pets of any kind allowed. There is a fully equipped kitchen Seperate bathroom with Electric shower, single bed, desk and chair. Fire extinguisher, fire blanket, Smoke and Heat alarms installed. The rental includes, water, & refuse charges, and heating from main house during certain hours. Electricity is extra and is measured by an installed meter, which will be read on a monthly basis.
