Note: Guests are required to pay one month’s Accommodation Fee to Uniplaces, and any remaining balance plus the security deposit should be paid directly to the landlord before their Booking Start Date in order to confirm the booking. It won't be provided with travel adapters, towels, toiletries and cleaning products. Residents must be 18+ and international students. Guests are liable for any damage to their room or common areas, charged at cost +20%. Lost keys incur a €30 fee, and unauthorised overnight guests incur a €100 fine. The security deposit is refunded after departure, following an inspection by the Accommodation Provider and is non-refundable in case of cancellation or early termination.
