5 rooms house of 11m² in Attymon

**** Strictly Monday to Friday ONLY ***** we can provide a lift to and from the train station just 1 mile from the house (Attymon) that serves Galway (Eyre Square) daily***.... Our home is a 5 bedrooms detached residence in a countryside location. It is a two story dwelling consisting of a ground floor and an attic conversion with lots of space including 3 Bathrooms. The room for rent is a downstairs room. Meals are an option and can be discussed - the kitchen is always open for shared use and space can be made available for food storage. We are located 10 minutes drive from Athenry town, itself 20-25 minutes drive from Galway city and not far from the Dublin-Galway motorway as well as the north-south Motorway, Cork/Limerick to Sligo/Donegal route. For students who do not drive, There are a number of morning trains to Galway and a number of evening options returning each day. Brian uses the train to Galway each weekday driving to Attymon for the 8.30 going into Galway and returns on the 18.20 train from Galway. There is also an 8.10am departure from Attymon getting to Galway in time for any 9am starts. The train to galway takes approximately 25 minutes and there are always seats available. We can facilitate transport to and from the station at these time and are somewhat flexible outside of this depending on activities on given evenings. Cycling to / from the station (10 min.) is always a possibility too. Athenry station also serves, Ennis, Limerick and other stations to the south. Our train stations make many areas and other cities within easy reach and all have ample parking. The house is cleaned for 3 hrs every Monday and this is included. We may be flexible on less no. Nights per week, but not more than Mon. -Fri., and would not expect payment for weeks you are not present, such as mid terms and christmas. An arrangment can be discussed. Temporary stay is also possible with no penalty or loss of deposit. There is always heat and constant hot water. Our home has an A-rated BER energy efficiency rating. The bedroom has a desk and chair, a double bed, storage and place for clothes. Fibre High Speed broadband is available to you included in the rent price. Car parking is available. Smoking is not permitted inside.
