2 rooms house of 11m² in Galway

I have two bedrooms to rent on 5 days self catering basis (Sunday evening until Friday afternoon) in owner occupied quiet house - from end of August 2025 - May 2026. One large room with double bed- €170 per week with all bills included (heating, electricity, wifi, refuse, ) shared bathroom - no smoking or vaping. One small room (single bed being purchased) - €150 per week with all bills included (heating, electricity, wifi, refuse, ) shared bathroom - no smoking or vaping. Bus route to College (Galway Cathedral) takes 30mins. The bus stops outside house and runs 3 times per day. House is 15km from the University. Sitting room/tv room also available to students.
