There is no toilet in the room, toilet is shared Rent Agreement is for 5 days (Sunday PM to Friday AM) Breakfast and evening meal provided The weekly rent of €150 is to be paid every Monday and should be paid by bank transfer Rent includes utilities such as electricity, broadband, water, waste charges. All weeks are chargeable regardless of holidays, placement, study week etc. Deposit of €500 to secure the room. Deposit will be returned at end of academic year provided the room is in original condition and all rent is paid up. If you leave before the end of the academic year it will not be returned. Rules of the house 1.No visitors to the house 2.Students are expected to be at university/library each day as home is used for remote working. This include days/weeks where there are no classes, students should be at university during the day. 3. No smoking in the house
