Room is available from Sunday night to Friday morning. Rent is €700 per month, payable monthly in advance. A deposit of €350 is required. This includes fully furnished rooms, fresh bed linen and towels provided weekly, basic household items, high-speed Wi-Fi, and utilities. Bright and comfortable rooms with wardrobe, study desk, and chair. Bathroom is shared with one other person. Tenants have full use of the kitchen for cooking between 7pm and 9pm daily. At other times, the kitchen can be used for breakfast, light meals, and tea/coffee. No parties, no overnight guests, and no smoking. A friendly non-shedding dog lives in the house. He may bark when someone arrives :) The house is in a secure gated townhouse community on Clybaun Road, close to a wide range of shops (Dunnes, Tesco, Lidl, Aldi), gyms, and other everyday amenities. A city bus stop is directly outside the gate. Main routes serving this stop include the 411 (City Direct), 410, and 412, all of which travel directly to the University of Galway/NUIG and Eyre Square.
