1 room house of 10m² in Galway

We are offering a single room with a single bed to one student. Our home is a spacious semi-detached three-bedroom house on the Clybaun Road in the west of the city. Utility bills,heating, washing clothes are included in the rent (subject to reasonable use). The room is fully furnished with comfortable beds, wardrobes and a desk There is a shared bathroom (with two other students). It has an electric shower and a bath. There is a large fully-equipped kitchen/dining room with all the appliances you need to cook your meals. We have all the other necessary facilities as would be expected in a modern family home: washing machine, dryer, iron and so forth, as well as slow cooker and Air Fryer.. The sitting room has a TV with Netflix, a piano, as well as a large selection of books. We have a back garden with a shed should you need to store a bike. There is Wifi throughout the house. Our home is comfortable and warm with oil central heating and a wood-burning stove (which is lit throughout the winter) The house is modern, very clean, and homely. We wash you clothes too. Our house is located in a quiet estate in the suburb of Knocknacarra, Galway, We are in the west of the city, near the Clybaun \hotel. We are about 4km from the city centre or 20 mins by bus. There is a bus stop nearby, about a 5-minute walk away. The bus route 411 is very convenient for Universtity of Galway students as it has a direct and regular service to the university. Two other bus routes nearby serve the university. A 10-15 minute walk brings you to a number of large supermarkets including Aldi, Lidl and Dunnes. Other amenities such as pubs, shops, takeaways, gyms are nearby. Salthill is about a 20-mins walk away. We are a couple in our 50's. Ines is an designer/publisher and Micheál runs a cultural centre. We have one son who is 22 years old and is a post-grad student. We like the Arts, literature, culture, cooking, outdoors, eating out, gardening, and traveling. We are friendly, flexible and like hosting students. We speak English, Portuguese and Gaeilge in the house. The house is best suited to a quiet person. Non-smokers only please. Rent: Room 1 (single room) is 600 a month. Note: We also have a very spoilt dog, a miniature Schnauzer, so it is very important you like interacting with dogs. Thank you.
