3 rooms house of 9m² in Galway

We are offering accommodation, esb, wi-fi etc., for a female lodger - student, who is over 23 yrs old. They could stay either 5 or 7 days / nights or a mixture of time. There is an expectation that the lodger will be prepared to undergo Gardai Vetting. The person will have a private room, full access to the common areas, sitting room / kitchen / bathroom etc, essentially sharing a house as a part-time companion for a 38 year old, Downs Syndrome lady. The accommodation would be on the basis that the lodger would carry out a number of support duties - supervising laundry, food, etc, not exceeding 2 hours per day.
