House located 1km (20 mins walk) from Oughterard Town in a country town outside the city 27km from Nuig (not walking distance to college) House is 10 mins walk to nearest bus stop. Oughterard is a 30 mins drive from NUIG or 40-45mins by bus. It is a beautiful town with all essential shops and businesses. We are located close to Lough corrib and beautiful scenery. We are a family of 5, 4 year old twins, cockapoo dog and myself and my husband. We are a busy house but plenty of space for quiet and study. The student will have their own ensuite room, (if 2 friends are interested, they can share ensuite fir rent reduction) private sitting room with tv and solid fuel stove, access to fully equipped kitchen- oven, fridge, microwave, washing machine and dyer. This room would suit students who are looking for a friendly family home, advantage to have own car, but not essential as we are near both City link and Bus Eireann buses.
