4 rooms house of 13 m² in Galway

Our house is in Knocknacarra, around 30 minutes’ walk from NUIG, but only about 8 minutes’ walk to bus stop that goes by there. It is a large suburban area in Galway with lots of local amenities… shops, bars, parks etc. There is also a very good cycle lane around Knocknacarra to many areas of Galway, including the main University and Hospital. Galway is known for its friendliness and there is always something going on from a cultural perspective. There is a cinema in Salthill which is both a bus ride and walk away.. with our glorious promenade which is nearly 3 miles in length. We have a 4 bedroomed detached house with secluded back garden. It is a very quiet enclave of only 12 houses, and extremely safe. The house was completely refurbished 7 years ago when we purchased it, and the room for rent in question is downstairs and is ensuite.. it is a double room with desk, and large wardrobe. It is bright, and bed and mattress are only a few years old from Ikea.. so very comfortable. Blind with blackout thermal curtains on windows, the ensuite has a double shower which is extremely powerful.. most powerful shower in the house. Lots of cooking facilities and utensils in the kitchen of which the student would have full use of. They will have space in our fridge and freezer as well as cupboard space. Dishwasher and all the usual utilities. We have good wi fi…no parking available.
