1 single room available near GMIT/ ATU . Living in a cosy warm home with Owner occupier and another GMIT student (male). My home is directly across the road from GMIT ,less than a 4 minute walk to the door of the campus. The room is only available for the summer months for 7days per week from May to late August as I will be renting it again for 5days per week from September. Student will have full use of the kitchen. There is shared bathroom facilities On a bus route directly to eyre square and a direct bus NUIG bus route 405 Rent is 150pw per week with all bills included.
