Double room for rent from Sept 1, 2026 (to April 30, 2027 - can be longer if needed), sole occupancy (not shared) the house is perfect for someone who wishes to be in a quiet neighbourhood, cul de sac, close distance to local bus stops, I have a spare car space in my driveway. Monthly rent based on 7 day a week would be Eur 795 which includes bills. Lower Rent can be discussed for someone interested in a Sunday to Friday basis. the house would just be shared with owner occupier.
