A spacious double en-suite room is available for rent for a five day week ( Sunday night – Thursday night inclusive) in a quiet house in Salthill. The house is a family home. The room is fully furnished with a comfortable double bed, storage, a study desk and a chair. WiFi and all bills are included in the rent. In addition to the ensuite bedroom a kitchenet with microwave, kettle, toaster, single hob and fridge freezer is available for your use. The location is ideal, with a bus stop nearby ( both 401 & 402). This offers easy access to the University of Galway (20-minute walk, 6-minute cycle, or 3-minute bus ride) and the city centre (15-minute walk). Free on-street parking is available directly outside. The area is very safe and desirable, within a short walk of local amenities, including grocery shops, the Salthill promenade, a beach, restaurants, cafes, a gym and a cinema. We're offering a superior room in our home for €790 per month. This room is available from September to May. A months deposit is required, and monthly payments should be made in advance.. We have a few house rules to ensure a comfortable and respectful living environment. No overnight guests are allowed into the house, and we expect you to maintain a clean and quiet space. We value mutual respect and privacy. Smoking, alcohol, and drugs are not allowed in the house. If you are interested, please feel free to
