3 rooms house of 8m² in Galway

Myself and my Wife live in a semi detached house in Tirellan Heights which is walking distance to the University of Galway. We have 2 double bedrooms available for the academic year 25/26. The 2 bedrooms are on the first floor with a shared bathroom also on the first floor. Myself and my Wife sleep in an attic room where we have our own bathroom. We are offering the rooms from Sunday night to Friday morning - 5 nights per week. Best suited to females. The 407 bus stop is located directly behind our house.
