The house is located just off the Cappagh Road on City Direct bus routes 410, 411, 412 (bus stop 50 metres from front door); 10 minutes walk to route 402. Tenant has sole use of the main bathroom which has an electric shower. The room is large and is at the back of the house and gets the evening sun. All bills included. Bed linen and duvet etc provided and I will change the sheets every fortnight. I can provide a lift to Dunnes/ Alldi/ Lidl for groceries once a week if required. deposit €400 please
