1 room of 13m² in Galway

Room available in a large 5 bedroom semi detached home in Salthill 2km from University of Galway. We are a family of 5, a dog and a cat. Our eldest son is in 4th year in University of Galway. He cycles in every day. The bedroom is downstairs. It is a new bedroom in a newly renovated house. It is quiet and private and while it is not en suite there is a bathroom adjacent with a shower that will only be used by the student ( as we have 2 showers upstairs for the family). The bedroom has a new floor, lighting, blinds and freshly painted. It has a single bed with a wardrobe and bedside locker. There is a utility room adjacent to the room also and there is a small under counter fridge for the student to use to store own food. We can also allocate a cupboard in the utitity solely for their use. Please note that this is a 5 day a week rental for Students to stay Sunday - Friday. Also it is for a NON SMOKER. The room is available from September 2025. Thank you.
