Situated in Lower salthill just a 10 minute walk from NUIG and city centre. Big double bedroom with shared family bathroom. We are a family of four, 2 primary school children and a small dog. Room available for for rent with meals included Sunday night to Friday. Would be ideal for 1st year students who travel home at weekends. All Linen and towels provided. Cleaning of common areas included however tenant is expected to clean up their own utensils after meal times and be respectful of our family home. All bills included - Electricity, Wifi, Heating. There is no evening curfew however please be respectful of nosie levels when coming home late in the evening. Rent is €200 per week payable on Fridays one week in advance each week.
