4 rooms of 13m² in Galway

Our house in Salthill has 4 bedrooms, a guest room/study, a playroom and a living room. there are 3 toilets and 2 showers. The male adult is working in SETU so he’s usually home only from Thursday night until Monday afternoon. The boy is in a 7 days boarding and is home around one weekend per month and during the holidays. It's his room that is for rent and he is happy to share it since he's away. We can be flexible around his holidays and if he comes home during the week he will stay in the guest room. There’s a 17 year old girl and a 12 year old girl, and a small Maltese dog, also a girl. Therefore most of the week it’s a girls only house, looking for another girl, who is starting medical school in Galway. Food is optional.
