2 rooms room of 12 m² in Galway

2 double rooms for single occupancy available at a semi-detached new house at a quiet estate on the upper Ballymoneen Road, Knocknacarra. One room is ensuite and the other one shares a bathroom. The house is shared with 3 other female students from NUIG. You share all common areas being: a family bathroom, toilet, fully equiped kitchen com living room and utility room. There is a shed for bikes in the south facing back garden. We are looking for 2 quiet, clean and sociable students under 23 yo. The rooms are available for the college year Powerfull WIFI is installed throughout the house. The house is extremely well insulated (A2 energy label) and heated with air to water pump and equiped with all modern cons. Utilities are paid separate. The house is strictly non smoking, no pets and no parties. NUIG is 15 min walk to busstop and then 20 min on the bus. Or 20 min on bike.
