The accommodation being offered is a room in an owner occupied house. The house will be shared with: the owner, currently two others, and the owner's dog. It is only suitable to someone who is not allergic to dogs and who is dog friendly. The room is for single occupancy only, for 5 days- arriving Sunday evening/night and departing friday evening. The room contains a double bed, fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers, and a desk. The bathroom- which contains an electric shower is shared with all the occupants. The kitchen is also shared with all the occupants of the house. Dedicated space is provided for the storage of your own food. A separate sitting room/ dining room/ study area is also available. Each occupant is required to clean the shared areas after their indivual use. No smoking is permitted in the house. The property is situated in College Road in the city centre. It is approximately 15 mins walk from the house to the University of Galway Aula Maxima.
