A single room is available in a family home with two adults and one child. This is a first-time let. Located only a 2-minute walk from the bus stop, there is a direct bus service to the University of Galway, as well as buses to Eyre Square and GMIT. Off-road car parking is also available. The room is available for the academic year. The room includes a wardrobe, drawers, lamp, desk, and chair. You will have access to your own fridge and a shared kitchen. The room is available from Sunday evening to Friday morning. Utilities (electricity, bins, Wi-Fi) are included. We are looking for a mature, Non-smoking, responsible student.
